These are some of my Santa Fe Workshop 1996 Images.

"Yvette at the Aspen Grove" 1996

On July 5, 1996, during Greg Gorman's "The Nude Portrait" workshop, we worked in an outdoors venue east of Santa Fe in an Aspen Grove near the Big Tesuque Trailhead. We arrived there in the early afternoon. It was overcast for most of the shoot. In addition to doing nude portraits in this location, I used a shawl that was rich in colors and texture to give the model a different and yet timeless look. Assisting during the shoot was Randi Måvestrand, a very talented make-up artist in Santa Fe. Her work gave special emphasis to the model's eyes and gave a glamour look to this outdoors portrait shoot.

These as some of the figure images I recorded that day as part of the Santa Fe Workshop program. The model is Yvette Lopez from Santa Fe. The shoot was done with unfiltered Kodak Lumiere-X film rated at ASA 100. A Minolta Flash Meter III was used to determine exposures.
